The challenge.
Driven by the challenge for on-the-go families to stay hydrated and healthy, Natural Immune Products founder, Derek Sanders saw a gap in the market for beverages that offer natural immune health benefits to children.
The journey.
According to Derek Sanders, sourcing functional ingredients that are natural, safe and clinically proven to support kids immunity is hard to find. But when the company discovered Wellmune®, he was sold on the breadth of clinical research supporting its ability to help keep kids healthier.

Natural Immune Products was also searching for ways to not only differentiate their product but support immunity claims from a European regulatory standpoint. They wanted to make sure they could quickly convey the high-valued health benefits to families with children.
The solution.
Derek and his team created Nurture Fruity Water+, a ready-to-drink beverage made with 45% natural juice and 55% water. The drink includes Wellmune for immunity support and other vitamins and minerals. The product is:
- Perfect for families and children aged one year +.
- Naturally low in sugar but full of flavors kids love.
- Available in a spill proof pouch.

The results.
- Initially launched in UK Tesco stores with two fruity flavors, Cherry & Strawberry Fruity Water+ and Orange & Pineapple Fruity Water+, the product is now available in several major retail stores across UK, Ireland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Austria, Germany, The United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia.
- In 2017, expanding sales lead to product expansion with the launch of a new fruit flavor, Apple & Blackcurrant.
- Backed by excitement from families and children, Nurture Fruity Water+ underwent a brand refresh and launched a new website with Wellmune featured as the key technology for supporting children’s immune health.
